Bacon contains enough fat that it ends up having the consistency of being
fried no matter how you cook it. That's one of the wonderful things about
bacon.
So having it three times a day.. I guess my question is: What definition
of the word "ill" are you using if this isn't making you ill?
It was just one day, and purely by coincidence. Did I mention that bacon
and avocado go really well together?

For me it was a breakfast sandwich (they feed us on Wednesday mornings), a
leftover breakfast sandwich for lunch (that's the one I regret), and a turkey-avocado
wrap towards the end of the day (Grilled turkey tips, lettuce, applewood-smoked
bacon, diced avocado, diced tomatoes, Bleu Cheese crumbles and creamy Bleu
Cheese dressing are rolled inside a soft whole wheat wrap). Yes, my family
loves to eat at Friendly's. Make fun of us if you want; I don't care.

Alton is the only reason I - attempt - to cook. Before I knew he existed, I thought it was impossible for me to be able to cook anything without everyone saying, "I am not going to eat that".
I had (and still do to a degree), the ability to combine things (mostly as a substitute), that were so extremely bad substitute choices, that even I could not eat the meals. I suppose it came down to fight or flight decisions about feeding the horde or not.
