I have grown pretty heavy on a vegetarian "diet" since I stopped smoking and bicycling 5 years ago. I started around 80kg and grew to 104kg, with about 1,95cm height.

That includes turkey bacon. A seriously fake meat.

I like turkey bacon for the same reason I like veggie burgers. It's no substitute for the real thing, but it's tasty in its own right. And useful in many of the same applications.

I like turkey peperoni it has a lighter taste to it.

Turkey burgers are too bland but a Mediterranean turkey burger is great.
Mix the ground turkey with mint, parsley, cumin, garlic, paprika, coriander, and let it marinate for a few
hours, grill and serve it with a cucumber/yogurt sauce.

Veggie burgers can be a palatable form of soy protein. 
Some of them taste dreadful.
None of them really taste like burgers or whatever they're "supposed" to be.

As for Omega-3, there are vegan versions (made from flax seed)

Good but not good enough. Flaxseed and other veggie-sources of Omega-3 only provide ALA. Fish provides EPA and DHA. You need them all. If you don't eat fish, take fish oil capsules.

The mediterranean turkey burger sounds delish. Of course, there's not much out there that wouldn't be improved by putting tzatziki sauce on it. I was eating Greek yogurt long before it was a food fad. My mother also claims to be ahead of that fad but she's lying. What I'm just catching up with now is the use of Greek yogurt as a substitute for sour cream. It isn't always appropriate but sometimes it's perfect. Yesterday we mixed it with chives and used it as a dip for grilled potato wedges.

IG: you missed the part where Zooer said he's allergic to fish. 
I'm guessing anaphylactic shock is more of a problem than under-exposure to Omega-3s

Yeah I was doing the Greek yogurt thing a while ago because there has always been middle eastern/Greek
restaurants in the area. When I saw it in the grocery store many years ago I started using it. I didn't know it
was a thing because I always used it.

I wouldn't suggest experimentation, but I'll bet that the really good quality fish oil capsules don't contain significant amounts of the proteins that cause allergies -- kind of like people who have peanut allergies are usually able to consume food that has been fried in peanut oil.

I also suggest not consuming arsenic, cyanide, large amounts of antifreeze, muriatic acid, live hornets (the insects, not the kind that play rugby), or Grotto's Pizza.
