I guess it's somewhat new-ish, having been around since 2012, I think.
I've been reading up on it, and it makes sense to me. It's really, well, common-sense stuff, described in a language that ought to please managers who don't really have common sense.

TIL.... that the local Adult World has a A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. I am interested in the problems, how they were resolved and all the people that rated the business. Then again maybe I shouldn't wonder.
I was looking up used bookstores, for some reason Adult World was in the list with a BBB A+ rating.

Today I learned that Kmart opened in 1899 as S.S. Kresge Company and renamed to Kmart in 1962.
