I have no idea whether this Twitter account is real or parody, but I gotta admit this is fucking genius: https://twitter.com/DPRK_News/status/1124029892306309121

Whelp, too bad our AG is such lowlife scum.
Why, because he didn't do the Democrats bidding?
How about lying to Congress and misleading the American people in about 7 different ways?
You're not going to get anywhere with me on this one, Ragnar. You are an apologist for a brazenly criminal administration, and there is absolutely nothing you can say that will change my mind or lead me to the slightest scrap of respect for what you're saying.
I have some observations on this situation but it looks like most of what's going on is just noise.

So, no substance. Gotcha.
Look who's talking; you have never once made a single coherent argument on this topic. Not even remotely close. There is a difference between an argument and a position statement, and you have confined yourself to the latter. You could engage constructively, but instead, you just wave it all away by calling the whole thing "nothingburger" on facebook, etc.
I believe my earlier assertion, a couple of months ago, to be essentially correct: I have noticed an overall pattern to your rhetorical style, and you quite often resort to playing dumb / bad faith trolling. This is another example. That's why any sort of discussion with you is utterly pointless; but I'm not going to let your hypocritical comment about any lack of substance on my part going un-remarked-upon.
Have a nice life, sir.
Oh by the way: I am making a valid point here. The GOP is using the position of power to deflect real and serious legal issues. Ragnar will now whine and scream "NO SUBSTANCE!
... because he is basically a wanker.
I'm happy to back up what I said.... You said Bill Barr lied.
He used the word "spy" when talking about the government surveillence of the Trump campaign. What should we calling authorized electronic surveillence, employing undercover agents and the use of a foreign intelligence service to circumvent certain laws. Hrm..... Did he make that up?
Did he perjur himself as Horono and Pelosi claimed? Did he misrepresent the Mueller report? In the man's own words "I felt that I should state the bottom line conlusions and I tried to use Special Counsel Mueller's own language in doing that."
Russia meddled, Trump did not collude and Mueller failed to resolve the question of obstruction of justice. Democrats have been invited to read the unredacted report, but have failed to do so. I wonder why?
The hope was Mueller was going to "take down" this President, and it didn't happen.
If I have any criticism of Barr is that he didn't go under the questioning of House lawyers. My guess is that he was smart in doing so, as then we'd probably have to be parsing what the meaning of is is..... But he should have appeared.
Half fair. Mueller sent Barr a letter, expressing concerns about Barr's summary; Barr denied he was aware of an of Mueller's concerns thus lying to congress.
More generally I think my exasperation with you comes from the inane claptrap, designed to provoke or annoy, that you post on other people's facebook pages. Our mutual friend is too polite to call you out, but I have no such weakness. Seriously, you think the report doesn't say what it says because leaks? That's just unserious.
I'm growing tired of all of this. My cousins and uncles are all unfriending/unfollowing one another, kinda because of the lowbrow rhetorical style that Trump encourages. It's bad for the country.

It's a tough call, but if was true to his word, he spoke with Mueller directly.
They have a long history together, and it would have been easy for them to speak, as opposed to relying on a leaked letter.

As for this - you're welcome to ignore. Some things are said to provoke or annoy. Some are seriouos. Doesn't really matter. While we don't often agree on much, I think it's weak to just call people names. If you think that's showing some sort of strength, you'd be sadly mistaken.
I am finding it funny how the left starts to eat their own. Both John Cleese and Morrissey are pretty far to the left. Morrissey had wished death upon Bush and has said he would kill Trump if he could.
They have been labeled as right-wing extremest recently.
He said London isn't English anymore.
It isn't. And that is a terrible loss for Western European culture, including our own.

I an not sure if that is true.
Certainly London has a cosmopolitan population (see how I avoided saying "diverse,") but last I looked it is:
A) still in England
B) still the capital
& C) teeming with people drinking tea, eating cucumber sandwiches with the crusts cut off, and talking in posh accents about the weather. Unless they are villains, in which case they'll be talking with an accent that has Americans wonder which part of Australia they come from
I haven't been in a while, so I can't speak from direct, recent experience.
I think his point is that London specifically doesn't really reflect English culture of values anymore - that the large influx of immigrant population and the rise of highly ethnic neighborhoods, probably along with a divisive mayor - has significantly altered the atmosphere of the city.
Seems plausible.
I mean, it wouldn't be the IRA doing a car bombing that I'd be most afraid of walking the streets of London today.
