I cant say who, but i dont think he will be running, for a variety of reasons.  Not saying that the replacement would 'win', but i dont think Biden will be it. I think hes brought too much grief to the party core, and at the rate he's declining, i doubt hes functional enough to even pretend hes coherent. ( and he didnt win last time either, so its not about winning.. )

You also assume Trump will be on the ballot.  I dont think he will be either ( from a lot of previous discussions here not worth going into, but short version is even if they are forced to make him a martyr and pull the last option, i dont think the D's will allow it )

Tho i agree, RFK wont be it. Hes alienated himself enough from their base to not be considered.

But if you make me come up with a name, im afraid it might be Gavin..

And just who could they possibly replace him with? The only person they could nominate who might be able to beat Trump is RFK Jr, and I just don't see them nominating him.

great, you go to court to ask for it to be eradicated, not lie on it.

Please explain how I do that.

I genuinely hope he appeals and it turns into a 4473 challenge.

You get an attorney to file that its violating your constitutional rights.  and then go thru that long, expensive process.  In practical terms not saying us serfs get to do those things often, but people with money, like him, can and do..  Unless you can get a backer like GOA to do it and foot the bill ( like they do for things like the unconstitutional brace 'rule' ).

That said, since hes such a protected person, i would not be surprised if that question gets struck off the 4473, on his behalf, and all his charges dropped in the end ( even tho they should not be dropped.. he lied on the form ). There were some cases ( dont remember details ) tied Bruen about drug use and stuff recently. im sure a setup for this to get this scumbag and 'out' and It's one reason they were trying to drag this out so long.

Seems i spoke too soon, the case is already in the courts to invalidate the 4473, and thus get him off the hook. And of course not be charged with anything else he's done " look we did due diligence and convicted him of this, but it was unconstitutional, so it was a right wing political attack, now look over there instead"

" U.S. v. Scheidt "  seems from my home state even.

"Hunter Biden found guilty on all counts in federal gun trial"  That is nice at lest the attempt to influence the jury didnt work. Too bad nothing will come of it, other than perhaps a trivial fine and some probation. ( the rest of us, would never see the light of day )

Of course.  Crackhead was found guilty because they want to prove that "N0 0NE IS ABOVE TEH LAW!!!111" but he'll be given a sentence commensurate with a parking ticket.  They'll use this narrative to prove that the persecution of President Trump was "fair" because they supposedly took down one of their own at the same time.

Meanwhile, the narrative from the HitlerDemocrats is that Trump 47 will round all of them up for "revenge."  Hell yes, he ought to.  But only the ones who actually committed crimes.  That would be everyone involved in stealing the 2020 election, everyone involved in the (ahem) trumped-up charges, etc.   It does not mean AOC, who is actually the one making the most noise about it.  She thinks she's going to be rounded up like a Jew in the days of Hitler.  No AOC you stupid feckless cunt, it doesn't apply to you, you stupid feckless cunt, because being a stupid feckless cunt isn't illegal.    We would all like to punch you in the face as hard as we can, because you're a stupid feckless cunt, but we aren't aware of you committing any crimes.

The people who actually did the crimes?  Yes, they have committed a TRUE insurrection.  They have committed sedition, and should absolutely be convicted and given the death penalty.  This is serious stuff.

"A California State Assembly has approved an $800 billion reparations bill that is worth 2.5x more than the state’s annual budget.

The bill is based on a recommendation from the state’s infamous Reparations Task Force that first convened in 2020.

The bill specifically calls for paying up to $360,000 to every eligible black resident in California at a cost of at least $800 billion total.

The bill originally passed the California State Senate last month but made it into the Assembly Judiciary Committee this week."

That is like 3x their total budget. So, they will balloon taxes, bonds, send inflation to levels unimaginable, cause an even larger exodus than they have now, and go bankrupt. Then demand the feds bail them out ( with our tax dollars of course, so we get to pay for their complete insanity )

It would be funny if it wasn't the future of this country at stake.

House impeaches Garland. ( which sort of surprised me, i figured it was just more hot air/circus, but they got the votes this time )

DOJ - nah, whatever. bug off.

Wonder if they can get him into the house and the moment he steps foot into the house they get the Sargent at arms to arrest and detain him.   they can, its their turf...   And wouldn't that be grand?

Ya, Trump is the threat to our Republic  ( which is gone at this point ). ya. sure he is.

It's pretty clear that these people need to be removed from power French Revolution style.

Subject: NDAA

[Reply] [ReplyQuoted] [Headers] [Print]

The current NDAA has an amendment to the Military Selective Service Act requiring *women* to be registered for Selective Service:

https://www.armed-services.senate.gov/imo/media/doc/fy25_ndaa_executive_summary.pdf

I am wholeheartedly against there even being the possibility of a woman being forced to join the military against her will.

I have emailed my senators concerning this and I am asking you all to do the same.

And before some idiot pops off saying "come on, they wanted equality" hear this: I will not compromise my moral code just because *some* women are a pain!

So please, email your senators to stop this terrible amendment.

I have issues with selective service anyway.

Yes, i know we need cannon fodder during war, and due to the current state of the military few want to volunteer.  BUT if you force people that dont want to be there in the first place, they are not going to be of value, other than be expendable pawns. And, they may even have a negative impact.

The whole selective service needs to be abolished.  People should not be drafted against their will.  I applaud those who dodged the draft during the Vietnam War.

When the military is run properly, i applaud those patriots who join. We owe our freedom to them ( what little we have left, unfortunately, but im sure you understand my point ).  But now that its a mis-managed woke-joke, and we ignore our vets after they come home, i dont blame anyone for not joining at this point.
