I agree, its a pretty easy concept.
For me, on the driveway if its under 5" i just drive over it. Over 5", i have this thing called a snow shovel. If there is too much out on the roads ( again 5" is what i shoot for as my safe limit unless i *need* to get out ), i wait for the plow.
I grew up in Cleveland, and I know how to deal with snow! It's
everyone else who is Ignorant!
Snow! It's pretty to look at and enjoyable for the first 24 hours. Then it's a bit of a nuisance.
Here in the Northeast US we get a little bit of every kind of weather. I have a 250 foot (76 meter) driveway so it's pretty much a requirement that I own a snowblower. I'm way too cheap to pay someone to plow it.
I donno, im glad to see it come, and stay.. So do my dogs. And my Jeep.
I also have a blower, but almost never get it out. Normally I dont mind shoveling in the least, but my drive isn't that long, living in a late 50's housing development. ( might be 50 feet..never measured it, but i can stick 2 rows of 3 cars on it so its a close guess ) If i was back out in the country, perhaps id be using the blower instead at my age. When i was a kid and live out in the boonies, we used a shovel.

Talk about nostalgia. Used to run the Metal Shop BBS in Washington State, on FredCit, and other cit varions, including Citadel-68k.

Talk about snow, we had a snow storm yesterday here in Northern AZ where I live, I live in the middle of nowhere in Ash Fork. Got down to 23 degrees last night. Today, 51, but completely clear and sunny.
I am a bit busy but I have not forgotten about you all. I still log in and lurk quite a bit. I have been busy expanding my mini-farm and taking care of jobstuffs and horsestuffs.
What, 60?
:)
The one time i was in Dallas Fort Worth, it snowed.

F-ers need to get a life and leave us alone.
I wont now. I reloaded after that possible break in on mine not too long ago.
No damage was done that i could see, but not worth the risk. Wiped the VM totally. New load, not even from backups ( they run once a week ). Invite only now. its 2022, not 1986, so i'm more paranoid now.

I get this asshole over and over again.
Mine is very isolated from everything else. I have to come in to it from the public network.
Send an e-mail detailing how you think the breakin happened, and how you found it?
