That is an inane rumor and there's no way it happens. For one thing, Mr. Trump knows better than to pick an establishment running mate a second time.
Look what it cost him the first time. More importantly, a sitting VP Haley would mean a bullet in President Trump's head about 30 seconds after inauguration.
The establishment would be more than happy to take him out and have their person running the show.
Nikki Haley is the Uniparty's choice for 2024. They know they can't manufacture enough votes to push half-dead Joe Biden over the finish line this time. They're counting on Mr. Trump being removed from the ballot. If they can make it happen via legal action, that's fine; if not, they'll kill him if they have to. Nikki "George Bush with a vagina" Haley will expand big government, start new wars, disregard the will of the people, expand globalism, and do all the things the elite/establishment want.

scotus will strike it all down . Unless.. some DC court finds a way to 'convict' him of J6... then they have a case that will be hard to stop. Yes is bogus, yes its not what the intent of the amendment was, but has that stopped them before?
