i wonder.

if feds order your local Starbucks to track and record all traffic, and you come in one afternoon and turn on your VPN client, does that mean you are committing a crime by circumventing the order?

The RCP polling average is starting to look like the Red Sea:

Let's hope it stays that way.

"Want" wont be part of the equation. "you will comply"

Do it, or face fines far in excess of the upgrade costs. And we might
just shut your business down and jail you for non-compliance too.

So in your scenario, a computer that doesn't act as a "telescreen" will be just as illegal as a gasoline-powered lawnmower is about to become in some of the west coast shithole states.

"An off switch?"
"She'll get years for that. Off switches are illegal!"

Yes. it will come to that.

But i suspect we will end up with implants. Like in altered carbon, or anon ( for example, plenty of others )

Thought for the day.

Mitt Robamaney used the hack account "Pierre Delecto" (delicious peter)

Joe Obamabiden uses the hack account "R. L. (really long) Peters"

These guys really do have penis envy, don't they.

Friend of a friend:

Hunter is being framed, laptop wasn't real, the things on it were faked, and his Dad is innocent of wrong doing to. Oh, and they are doing great things for the country.   Plus trump should be put to death for trying to take over the country.

I had to leave the room and go home.

On radio on way home from the above.

Some sort of poll, 1/5th of the people polled admitted to some level of voter fraud.  ( double voting, vote for another person.. etc )

This is a story The Bee would do...   https://www.bizpacreview.com/2023/12/19/deep-blue-state-redesigns-state-flag-and-it-looks-very-familiar-1421007

"Following a now-familiar script, the deep blue state determined that its existing flag was “offensive” to Native Americans and established a 13-member State Emblems Redesign Commission to come up with a suitable replacement. This effort has resulted in a proposed new flag featuring an abstract shape of the state with an eight-pointed white North Star on its hoist."

Colorado kicked trump off the ballot. TO hell with what the people want.  I bet if you write him in they will disqualify your vote.    More states to follow.

Love them bananas? Can we PLEASE dissolve the union, please?

People who don't despise the UN as much as we do, are *regular* morons.

I've said it before, even in this very room, and I'll say it again:

I've done the math and with an execution rate of 1 per minute, a single guillotine in DC could solve all our problems in a single afternoon.

That is not even 1500. I think we would need a bit more time, personally. Not saying the little guy is corrupt, most of us are just trying to do our job, but once you get to mid management level, they are often part of the cesspool.. Dont even have to get to appointed level to start seeing it. ( and of course elected, we agree on )

Along those lines... And people wonder why there is a problem...  ( its around 500... )

Notably with respect to the number of agencies, the Administrative Conference of the United States -- which lists 115 agencies in the appendix of its most recent Sourcebook of United States Executive Agencies -- had the following to say:

[T]here is no authoritative list of government agencies. For example, FOIA.gov [maintained by the Department of Justice] lists 78 independent executive agencies and 174 components of the executive departments as units that comply with the Freedom of Information Act requirements imposed on every federal agency. This appears to be on the conservative end of the range of possible agency definitions. The United States Government Manual lists 96 independent executive units and 220 components of the executive departments. An even more inclusive listing comes from USA.gov, which lists 137 independent executive agencies and 268 units in the Cabinet.

2 more states starting proceedings to remove Trump from their ballots.   The left wants violence, and im afraid they are going to get it before this is over.  We are basically a 3rd world country, on the verge of melt down.

Now, while still would have personal issue with it, at least there would be legal standing if he was convicted of what they say he did.. but he has not been..  so there isn't any.

So now that the people are realizing that the 14th amendment was really about oppressing the 'south ' the left is starting to call Trump a Confederate..  so later " see, it applies to him"

This has got so insane its not even funny now.
