Use the cast iron pans more often.

Part of it is that i have cut back on red meat. Few years ago i just stopped 100% one day and never thought the ramification.  In about a month i could not stay awake more than 4 hours.  Would have to sleep at lunch in the garage at work. it was terrible. Got tested, put 2 and 2 together.  Now i eat some again and take vitamins.  

Didn't quit out of any environmental reason before anyone asks :)   Just that beef around here, quality had gone down hill and i got tired of crap beef so started eating pork and chicken instead..  

And i do use the pans often, tho not as much since i cant store leftovers..

I'm not on the side of the LGBTs or the PoCs or any other marginalized group. I'm not their ally, performative or other. But I'm not on the side of the racists, the sexists, the homophobes, or any of their enemies, either. 


But when they start lumping me IN with their enemies because I won't declare for their side - when they start with an ideology of "If you're not with us, you're against us..." 

You *force* me to side with the group that best represents *my* personal interests. I don't support neo-Nazi skinheads - and I don't think they in particular support my best interests. 

But if you FORCE it to a choice between BLM and the *actual* White Nationalist fascists - well... If it comes down to an actual conflict, it would be pretty stupid to join the side that already considers me a second class citizen when the other side considers me an example of the perfect human ideal.
