I think if it gets to SCOTUS before its packed, it will be.
Tue Apr 20 2021 17:18:55 EDT from zooerIt won't be overturned, he is being made an example of in the brave new world.
I didn't think he would be found guilty of murder in the third degree, I did believe he would be found guilty of other charges.
Im thinking walling off LA and just dropping them off in there to fend for themselves.
Tue Apr 20 2021 18:11:38 EDT from IGnatius T FoobarNot only is Chauvin not guilty, but anyone who thinks he is guilty deserves the death penalty.
Tue Apr 20 2021 05:27:28 PM EDT from IGnatius T FoobarThe following statements are 100% true, and anyone who disagrees with them is Hitler:
1. George Floyd died of a drug overdose.
If Floyd died of a drug overdose then Chauvin is guilty of manslaughter. As a trained senior police officer, Chauvin should have administered Narcan to Floyd and called the paramedics.
We didn't see the evidence, or hear the testimony. I am not going to play armchair jurist.
Perhaps negligence of duty IF you can prove they knew what was going on and were able to do something about it, but i dont agree with manslaughter. He was a criminal, in process of doing criminal things. Stopping criminals and protecting innocent people are cops primary objectives. If they die due to them being a criminal, well, they wont do it again, will they?

Can someone explain why Chauvin had three murder/manslaughter charges for one case? That doesn't make sense to me. Please don't give me a stupid spazoid answer, I would like a clear answer.
Theatrics.

There can be no doubt, this was a kangaroo court; the AntifaBLM mob demanded a scalp and held the nation's security hostage to get it.
And to serve as a warning to others. "Dont F- with us, we will win"
Wed Apr 21 2021 09:51:55 EDT from IGnatius T FoobarI was wondering the same thing. Three separate charges for one accusation.

I didnt watch it, and dont know their train of thought, but i suspect it was not a true kangaroo court, but instead a jury that was threatened into voting one way. I would be willing to bet many woudl have voted to acquit, if it didnt mean their family would be murdered and their town burnt down..

Maxine Waters is a greater threat to America than Osama bin Laden ever was.
SEAL Team Six should make it a priority to bring her to justice.
I saw that too, he should have taken action not just made a feel-good 'statement'.
Wed Apr 21 2021 11:55:50 EDT from IGnatius T FoobarRight. And hopefully the charges will be reversed on appeal. Even the judge himself said that Maxine Waters and her mob of AntifaBLM terrorists seeking out and threatening the jury would certainly be grounds for appeal.

But why three charges in the first place?

I still don't know the answer.
I guess one of the defense witnesses, got a pig's head and blood smeared on his house last night, which he had moved out of many years ago.
Not that it woudl be ok if he still was there, but an innocent bystander got to be harassed. Of curse to these thugs no one is innocent i guess. Just glad they did not decide to burn it down or kill the people inside " its his family, kill them "
****ers
The answer is above. Both from me and IG
Its really that simple.. These people are meatheads with a simple agenda, dont read too much into their actions.

Considering the reason behind it, i dont think you will find one of those. There isn't one.

And oppression of freedom.
Oh and the love those leather boots.
