I just watched Ad Astra. It was more of a psichological film than anything.
Very visual, a lot of character development and a lot of spiralling into missery.
Not much to be said about the plot.

Wow. I've got to find a copy of this epic and watch it ... it's got to be
better than anything they're making today.
My daughter is telling me that the new Sonic the Hedgehog movie is going to
be watchable because they cleaned up the animation and made it look less creepy.

My problem is that I can't see past the person himself, which has excluded
a lot of celebrities once many of them started thinking we care about their
opinions on anything other than their own movies.
It's up to me to decide how much their opinions or actions bother me. IT's
not a case of respecting them or caring too much about them. It's a case of
if what they say actually offends or annoys me then I usually choose not to
take actions which contribute to them. Everyone is entitled to their opinion
and everyone is entitled to state it. But they're all entitled to suffer the
repercussions of their own stupidity.
Perhaps. For me, when an actor starts showing too much of who they are, if
I find it repulsive I can't see past that in their work anymore.
