Ensure yor passphrases are ugly and contain dirty secrets you would never like revealed. This way, if you are ever tempted to reveal them to a coworker for reasons of convenience, you won't. Examples:
"I have video from the security camera of jack banging the boss' wife"
Maybe one day you decide it would be more convenient to let Jack download a file from your groupware account, so maybe you are tempted to share your password... except the password itself makes it impossible to share. Therefore you will end up acting as a good employee and keeping your password secret.
