Yesterday I discovered love is what happens when you claim you broke something in order to take the blame for something your sweetheart broke.
i guess we pissed off mother nature. tornadoes leveled a big chunk of my town Friday
i hear 100 houses gone totally + all the other damage.
Warehouse park under construction ( that we all hate and i have bitched about ) leveled.
Cell tower is 3 blocks from where it started. i hear we might have internet again in a couple of weeks. who knows about cell signal they have little portable trucks at the local firehouse now along side running a food bank. have to drive over to get signal better than nothing
at least my house was spared, and i have power again. ( well that i dont have to generate myself )

Heard on radio now 2 states have banned gas stoves.. ( unsure details. didnt look into it . i assume you cant sell or repair them, but you can keep what you have until it breaks, sort of like Freon )

I've just discovered the world of Citadel and am making the round of servers listed on the Citadel Wikipedia page.

Are the groupware applications in the left-hand sidebar also accessible from the ssh or telnet interface, or are they web-only?
The groupware stuff isn't really used here in the text mode interface. If you're on telnet or ssh it's really just meant for conversation, to make it present like an old-school BBS.

Having something to say doesn't mean having something to say *frequently*.
Look at my blog (Skeptic Tank) for example (and yes, I know there's a comedian somewhere named Ari Sharif who has an act with the same name, but I'm more interesting than him so I don't care). Sometimes I will go for a year or more without posting anything. When I have something to say, there it is.
When I don't, it's still there waiting for the next time.
And some people blog only for themselves, sort of as a personal journal, with or without other people following along. It's up to them and that's legit too. Hell, it's a quintillion times better than being on fecesbook.
And that is why i dont have one.
I would go all out at first, then lose interest.

IG's response. I have lots to say, the question is, does anybody who
needs to hear it want to? I'm certain that answer is no, which is why I
haven't done it already.
Feel free to tell me all the stuff you don't want to blog about. I am a free therapist, with the advantage that I won' force you to take a lot of meds you don't need.
