( lol, just kidding. cool. )
Same as a Makarov. and never needed to look for that either. Odd its not normal x18 'Luger' sized. Didn't know anything else used that caliber other than them.

Forgotten Weapons JUST put a Makarov video up recently where he mentioned that. Russians used the lands diameter rather than the grooves. :)

I used to carry a G26, but its so fat .. Ended up with a Kahr K9.
I can't speak to the K9 or the other alternatives you landed on, but I
think the G19 (and so the G26, too) is really not as fat as people make
it out to be. In fact, it's the thinnest one I own. It looks fat
because the slide is unusually short in the vertical dimension and the
grip is relatively long in the front-to-back dimension, but SIGs, CZs,
maybe even M&Ps are all fatter than their Glock counterparts in the
same size class. Especially now that I've replaced the grips on my P-01
with the factory rubber grips. They make it very fat, in fact I'm a
little worried it may be too fat for me to conceal. I won't know until
I get a holster for it.>
People always complaining their guns are so heavy. You should hold mine. If you hit somebody with it using it as a stone it will be more effective than if you actually tried to use it as a gun, but for you to use it as a blunt weapon you would have to grab it with both hands or something.
Since im going to be registering one of my ARs as a SBR, going to end-up taking the upper off once i file paperwork ( not that its breaking any rules, it has no stock, but figured id go overboard ). Been calling it my 'tactical club'
A sledgehammer that just happens to have the ability to fire bullets.

Still looking for details, but i guess the Brady people ( ya, the anti gun group ) sued and won against Cabella's and Bass Pro here in Indiana and now the stores have to turn over all their gun sales records, so they can be released to the public. Names, addresses.. a hit list.. And going after other dealers next.
wtf
found one source ( with actual details not just panic ) https://www.ammoland.com/2023/12/personal-information-of-thousands-of-indiana-gun-owners-at-risk-for-public-disclosure/
Received a package of ammunition a few days ago. The box appears to have been stepped on, because Fedex.
Most of those companies are sloppy. They dont care. Worse case, insurance replaces what they destroy. I assume the 'order' was intact tho?

So i received a red dot scope as a gift. Not thing drastic and i have others too. But this came in a little reusable plastic box with 'real' hinges and a latch.
I have never removed a scope from a gun to 'store' it... am i special?

Congratulations.
I never remove my red dot scopes from my guns because I don't have red dot scopes.
lol
I will say i have moved them.. But never removed to store. it just seems odd.
Red dot goes well with pistols and handguns i think. Quick and easy. Not as accurate, but its a pistol after all. Had a real scope on a Ruger MarkII competition model. I felt it was pretty useless.

No. The few that I have don't go in a box for storage, they go onto another gun that I don't shoot as often.
It is kind of funny to sell a storage box with a sight. It's almost like an admission up front that there's a good chance you might not want to use it all of the time.
Gaston Glock died today i guess.
Few designers deserve credit, but he did do some pretty innovative things, so does.

So what should I buy in his honor? 20, 21, 36, and 48 are all wish list items.
