You know, I used to have a picture of a muslim camel trainer and a camel. The camel was hugging the muslim in much the same way my horses try and grab me. I had it around to remind myself that even some shit people in a shithole country might be good enough to be some ungulate's beloved daddy.

According to what I am reading, I think the NATO lacks the industrial power to sustain both the Ukrainian front and any other front at the same time.
Seriously, some Ukrainian high rank outright said they are going to run out of equipment and be forced to negotiate a surrender by 2025 or so because Russian factories are spitting out weapons like crazy, while the whole NATO combined cannot produce 25% of the equipment necessary to compete.
No wonder the US latches to any excuse to start rationing ammo shipments.
There is always collateral damage in a war. Plus, they may love the camel, which is admirable, but at the same time, want to feed you to it ...

I am more worried of orphaning the camel.
In any case, I have found people who is capable of loving their "camel" has a tendency to have other redeeming virtues. People who is uncapable of loving a "camel" who trots at you asking for play, or wants to share her pile of rubber pink bones with you... thos people are always motherfuckers who will be assholes to other humans as well.

I was reading some news about this, and suddenly I thought "It looks like the US does not want the Gaza conflict to end, so it will try it not to end."
The US gains a lot of power by being Israel's big brother. If the region became pacified the US would lose a chunck of political leverage in the Middle East.
And never forget money being spent on the 'war machine'.

ya, and while i dont disparage the Israelis at all, they just are not compatible with that region of the world and bad things are always destined to take place.
Ignoring the fact they all hate them around there for a moment. Much like If you tried to drop Syria or something uninvited into middle of the Americas, it would not work out well over the long term. Different way of life, philosophy, history, religion, everything.

Don't get me wrong, my sympathies lie with Israel. The Israelis DO have historical claim to the land, after all. It's pretty much the only dependably civilized country in that region.
