President Joe Biden raised eyebrows — and a few alarms — Friday when he lavishly complimented a little girl on her appearance during remarks at a Virginia military base.
“I love those barrettes in your hair, man,” Biden said. “I tell you what, look at her, she looks like she’s 19 years old, sitting there like a little lady with her legs crossed.”
The girl in question, who appeared to be elementary school age, had joined her parents and two older brothers on the podium while her mother introduced the president at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, Virginia.

Does it matter exactly who? Ultimately, i agree it does not matter, in a quantifiable way, who is calling the shots. We pretty much know the agenda, so no need to reverse engineer the plans by finding out who is boss.
But, being human, i am curious.

The Republicans used to have class? And what did they get for it? Walked over. We used to compromise constantly, as we were told, "it is just your imagination that this is a slippery slope," and now - the Democrats constantly ADMIT that their strategy has always been to have us give up a little, knowing that it moves us further to giving up what they REALLY want.
Our class has been used as a weapon against us - and some of us have known and seen this for a while. That is why Trump was such a populist President - he gave voice to our discontent. He said exactly what was happening.
If you fight honorably against someone who is fighting dirty - you're probably going to lose. That is the reality of the world. The Republicans have been bringing a knife to a gun fight.
Time for the Republicans to start fighting fire with fire. If that means we fight without "class", so be it.
