You do have a right to record what can be seen from off-property, that is, what is visible to someone standing on the property line.  That is the limit of recording rights when it comes to private property.  Free speech rights may have been violated, or maybe not.  I don't have details necessary to make that determination.

Yes. but that isn't the case this was an enclosed private building, and posted no photographs. Dude walking round IN the building filming.. . Of course  outside 'bleed over' is allowed, as long as its not abused.

So Ireland is going to outlaw even the possession of 'hate speech'.   So if you have an old book, you get to go to jail and have your book burned. I wonder if you just 'think hate speech' do they plan to erase your brain?   I can see 'hate speech' being the official excuse to destroy our history. I think apple started doing this a couple of years ago, if i remember right. It surprised a lot of people ( not me ) that they had full access to your images..  Google at one point was scanning for 'pirated material' of some sort.  And removing it when found. So people should know this by now.

But while i do agree with you, i dont think that would fix being joe-jobbed. Its not hard to set people up to get looked at.

For the record, I am hearing from concerned sources that Discord, Dropbox and One Drive are actively scanning files for child pr0n - or at least that is what they say. Apparently one way of having somebody fucked up is sending them an image that the AI will consider child pr0n even when it is NOT child pr0n. Apparently some images that match this criteria do exist and are known and getting caught with one will cause an investigation to be opened against you.
