You do have a right to record what can be seen from off-property, that is, what is visible to someone standing on the property line.  That is the limit of recording rights when it comes to private property.  Free speech rights may have been violated, or maybe not.  I don't have details necessary to make that determination.

Guy gets arrested for recording video on private property.  Media is screaming 'free speech rights violated'. No, you dont have that on private property. Really most of your rights vanish on private property. I'm sure they will next say 'it had public access' .. so? that is meaningless too.

While may have been doing it for a good cause, ( wont get into subject, not the point ) he wont win in court. He violated law ( trespassing for one, since its posted no recording, perhaps more )

Yes. but that isn't the case this was an enclosed private building, and posted no photographs. Dude walking round IN the building filming.. . Of course  outside 'bleed over' is allowed, as long as its not abused.

So Ireland is going to outlaw even the possession of 'hate speech'.   So if you have an old book, you get to go to jail and have your book burned. I wonder if you just 'think hate speech' do they plan to erase your brain?   I can see 'hate speech' being the official excuse to destroy our history. Tho that process has already started, with statues and things, it will accelerate to actual written records and knowledge.

Man, this world sucks. I really didnt want to be around to witness the collapse.

might be under politics too, if so, sorry.

Didn't go out looking for his sources, but hes always been solid.

The piece i'm bring up here: DOJ demanded every single person on twitter that interacted with Trumps account at all. Even a simple like.. Every. Single One.  I guess twitter refused at first ( so ill give them a point ) then was fined 350k. and court demanded it, so they complied ..    And while i realize twitter is not free speech and is a private company, government swooping in and getting involved like this violates free speech.

Pretty much this.

This reminds me of a LGBQTKJHGSDF+++ Mastodon instance which had a leftist operator. He peered with some other instance where they where talking about a game the LGBQTKJHGSDF+++ crowd disliked, so the mob asked the operator to delink from that instance. The operator said the proper thing and told them that talking about the game itself was no grounds for delinking the instance, so the mob started bothering the operator no end.

Eventually the operator just told them "You know what? I am not running this place for free so you can shit on me" and closed shop in their faces.

This comes to show the retard crowd will never have enough and they will destroy their own strongholds, ruled by their own people, if they find the tiniest of excuses.

For the record, I am hearing from concerned sources that Discord, Dropbox and One Drive are actively scanning files for child pr0n - or at least that is what they say. Apparently one way of having somebody fucked up is sending them an image that the AI will consider child pr0n even when it is NOT child pr0n. Apparently some images that match this criteria do exist and are known and getting caught with one will cause an investigation to be opened against you.

Nobody should be using services which are not end-to-end encrypted or operated by a tiny trusted community.

I think its more than that, they went to burn it ALL down. "theirs" is just a stepping stone along the way, but its on the chopping block too once its no longer needed.

I think apple started doing this a couple of years ago, if i remember right. It surprised a lot of people ( not me ) that they had full access to your images..  Google at one point was scanning for 'pirated material' of some sort.  And removing it when found. So people should know this by now.

But while i do agree with you, i dont think that would fix being joe-jobbed. Its not hard to set people up to get looked at.

People was surprised because they did not know better. They did not know better because they don't want to know any better.

My father gets angry when he walks into my command post with a smartphone in his hand and I tell him to leave the smartphone out. My father is fully aware that thing is a spy device, but he just does not want to know so he acts as if he didn't knew.

could fall under politics too, but here it is.

A story i have been hearing about for a couple of days but this is the first 'report' that was usable.  Welcome to the full throttle beginnings of a authoritarian government. Of course once the transition is complete, just come and shoot you.. forget hauling your ass to prison as an example to others to conform. No examples needed afterwards. Conform or die.

End the FBI. The US was founded on the principal of individual freedom at the expense of sense of safety. The moment a law enforcement body starts raiding homes at gunpoint, it's past time to dismantle it.

The time the FBI should have been disbanded and its former HQ firebombed was immediately after Ruby Ridge.

I keep "contraband" in my Google Drive account exactly for that reason.

So far, they haven't done anything about my copy of "Plandemic" (2020), which I know they tried very hard to suppress. Maybe they gave up and I need to find something even more contrabandy.

They did. You increased the value of Facebook to your family members by being there for them.

While interacting with you, they consumed the ads and the propaganda.
