My thought too. The Conservative side has given up on current 'content' providers. They are all suspect.

right-wingers love Fox because Fox tells them the right-wing is doing
everything correctly and that the left is evil.

Apparently you haven't looked at Fox News ratings lately. Conservatives are abandoning the network in droves, and with good reason.

Not that i want to see any company go under, especially one that supports our freedom, but honestly over the last decade or so they have lost most of their effectiveness.  Between that and massive internal problems, they are not the NRA i grew up with.

They spend more money asking for donations than putting the donations they had to work.

They are not wasting any time, setting up to take the 2nd next. They are destroying the 1st amendment now, due to the fake insurrection.

"While the majority of Trump supports have condemned last weeks violence in Washington, some extremists are still trying to stir up trouble."

The press didn't care when the below extremists were engaging in heavily armed protest:

Won't the laws of the State they are incorporated in always apply regardless of where they re-locate the HQ?

If they're in Texas, and New York sues them - they can petition to have the litigation take place in Texas. Texas is likely to be more amicable to their position than the New York judicial system, one would assume.

Honestly, donno how it works that is why i asked :)   ( personally i ran an LLC for my personal business so it was different.. And never had to deal with that level of concerns wherever i have worked )      If that is true, and they get to select a more business friendly legal venue, then i guess they dont have many options. But they could just close up shop and reopen i would think. Businesses close all the time due to people just deciding they are done and want to retire.  Unless they were also hurting financially and figured it was a way to get out of that too.

I think they have pending legal action against them by the State of New York.

So the strategy would be to file for bankruptcy and dissolve in New York, then file new articles of incorporation in Texas, then flip off New York City from Texas.

Otherwise, even if they're bankrupt, New York City's claim on them would follow them around, because they're still a NY company.

In general it seems like a way to flip the bird at NYC. There are probably tax benefits, liability benefits - all kinds of reasons it is better to be in Texas than on the Liberal coasts for any business.

Ah, so not just a simple move. Mitigating circumstances.

Wonder what happens when TX succeeds, how that stuff will work. I guess after that its international trade, regulated by the feds.

I dunno, but the mass immigration and exodus will be interesting to watch. I think it needs to happen.

Will they have to change their name to TRA?

Texas won't recede, all those liberals moved from California to Texas to help Texas turn into a blue state.

So NRA filed for bankruptcy in TX, not NY? huh? How the hell does that work?

And i guess they are being counter sued to stop the bankruptcy.

Between what they did under Wayne's control ( took way too much advantage of the free flowing money ), and the current climate for 2A companies, i suspect they will be gutted. They will leave the state with no resources and have to start over again from scratch.

But their image has been tarnished forever by him and his actions.  They may never recover.

Just because i can. Because i'm an American. No, not really practical ( only one shot at a time ) and no, not finished yet ( takes a little bit of metal to make it work ). But i wanted to. So i did.

And, yes the ATF can shove it. Its legal for me to do this, i have no intent to sell it. ( even tho those restrictions are unconstitutional... but that is a different discussion )

I understand why NRA is moving, but with so many Californians and Mexicans moving to Texas, that might not be the best destination for them.
