I really need to log in more often! 
last few years I made “bring healthier” my new hobby, I can’t actually seem to get any of my family on board with me though. 
Except my dog. He happily goes on walks with me, daily. Bless him.
Congratulations on your kids achievements!

My Adina got her BA in Psychology and wants to go for her Masters now but it turns out it’s harder to get in to a Masters program so she’s working on her GRE (I think). She also started dating again, so we will see where that goes. Hopefully it will nudge her towards a Jewish college instead of a public college, colleges seem so sick and toxic nowadays. 
Shlomo’s still working on his Cyber Security degree on what seems to be the Never Actually Graduate program. But he keeps plugging away, I expect that one day, hopefully one day soon, he will actually graduate.
Akiva is in Yeshiva, and my baby is supposed to be learning for his Bar Mitzvah, which will be beginning of September.

My life feels completely stagnant, but I’m really not sure what to do about it. 
 

I would take stagnant over collapse.  And there is a lot of that going on these days.

Ha, the age old “it could always be worse” argument. 

I suppose that is always true. And I should be grateful that it isn’t. In fact, I am grateful that it isn’t.

But, that said, gratefulness exercises haven’t really provided a solution.  
I’m sure something will come along eventually.
Did I tell you about my puppy? He’s actually not a puppy anymore. I actually never knew him as a puppy, I got him when he was 8 years old.
I think that was 5 years ago.

He’s good company.  

For many reasons, I'm glad this board is still up and running. There were multiple CItadels in my hometown during the heyday of BBS's, but even before the Internet gutted those communities, ours was pretty much destroyed by drama. And yes, a good chunk of it was due to romantic and sexual entanglements.

I think that is a pretty common story from the BBS scene actually. Early IRC was like that too, at least for local channels ( and gutted by FB ).  Donno now.
