I would see drunk men urinating in public in Palm Beach, I was told I should respect aspiring citizens culture.

We also went to the zoo. Pandas are also teh r0x0r. Mei Xiang and Bei Bei were out playing and rolling/running around ... really cool. Pandas are one thing I don't mind seeing imported from China.

Oh, we took Rayne to that zoo quite a while ago. Plenty of walking, but it's not a bad zoo.

I might've met many users over the years.. Saw one just last week in fact.

I'll be in San Antonio at the beginning of next week. Up for meeting anyone that might be around.

Big Butt Bear used to live in San Antonio. He wants to know if the BBQ there is still as good as he remembers it.

I was wondering how is person 'A' suppose to know what the taste of person 'B' remembers?

Saw an article on the best BBQs.

  1. The Granary 'Cue and BrewSan Antonio
  2. Two Bros. BBQ MarketSan Antonio

http://www.texasmonthly.com/list/the-50-best-bbq-joints-in-the-world/

Which one is suppose to be the best?  Of course Texas BBQ is made of ketchup and molasses so it sucks... all of it.  A good Carolina spicy vinegar based sauce is the only way. Ketchup and molasses is for Jill Stein voters.

That isn't particularly relevant because Big Butt Bear is not a person.

He's a teddy bear.

So how the hell was the BBQ?

I was in San Antonio the last weekend of January, and the BBQ was good.  Then again I like all BBQ (Kansas City Style, North Carolina style, Texas Style, etc).   I got BBQ from Two Brothers and it was very good.  Though they were out of brisket when we went.  The pulled pork though was excellent.

Looks like I'm going to be in Chicago towards the end of July this year.  Anything interesting to see/do there (other than "try not to get killed") ?

The Science & Industry Museum, the Museum of Natural History, Shedd Aquarium, are three things to do off the top of my head.   Navy Pier is kind of cool.  Walking the beach around Navy Pier is pretty cool as well.

Please note, I am not a native to Chicago, I have just been there alot.

Have to admit, the Chicago Aquarium is pretty impressive!  Agree with the Pier, too, if you have time.

Depends on if you are going with family or for a work conference... The zoo is very nice. Also the Natural History museum and the Aquarium are worthwile.
I always enjoy the Sh edd Aquarium are worthwhile. I always enjoy visiting the Museum of Science and Industry which contains a World War II submarine (inside) that you can tour. I have never been but I hear that the Adler Planetarium is nice.

I'm going for my st00pid sister's wedding. Travel and lodging at that time of year, for four people, is costing me a f***ing fortune.

I thought your st00dpid sister was single and living in Broward County Florida.  Do you have two sisters who at one time kicked your ass?
