You can also go on Goldbelly if you are ok with their 2000% markup (anyone who has seen Goldbelly knows that's not an exaggeration).
Hebrew National was pretty good at one point. And local to me.
I know they moved away a few years ago ( if i remember right they were forced out of their decades old facility by the city to make room for a parking lot for that f-ing stadium. THAT is a different discussion tho ). Not sure about if they are still any good.

I prefer them to Vienna Beef. We did blind taste tests, and cut them down so you couldn't tell by the size difference... and Hebrew National beet Vienne *overwhelmingly*.

When you peel a banana, do you peel it from the stem end or the calyx end?
Since i normally eat them at work, and they had to ride to work in my laptop bag, the stem breaks off... so i start there.
I don't know what the names are.
But the part where the bunch all connects together - seems like the EASIEST place to brake the skin to peel it back. I don't think I've ever considered TRYING to open it from the other end.
But - I suppose there is always someone who wants to do things backwards. :)
