Ya, its why i was suggesting he get his family out of the country, quickly.  While there would be no 'direct' action, 'accidents' do  happen. And people commit suicide all the time it seems

Czar Nicholas and his wife and five children were murdered by the Bolsheviks more than a year after he abdicated.

They were already imprisoned and helpless. But as long as any of them were alive, they were considered a dangerous symbol.

Lesser of 2 evils. We make those choices every day.

The lesser of two evils is still evil.   Don't choose evil in politics.

another coming problem for him and his family i am sure, unlike
hunter, he got off scott free and i bet is celebrating )

Hunter is, I'm sure, part of the plan. Once things "settle down" the media will suddenly discover that Hunter exists and is every bit the train wreck of a person that we know he is. Everyone will clutch their pearls on command, and a "settlement" will be drawn up in which Joe Biden steps down from the presidency in exchange for legal immunity for Hunter. Kamel Kunt will then assume office and we'll be right back to the tried-and-true practice of crucifying all of her critics as racists and sexists.

I guess time will tell, but i think there is enough dirt to go around that it will just be swept under the rug and everyone moves on. Only takes one person to bring it all down. Risk is too high.

My thought is that this summer he steps down ( medical reasons ) and she takes over like they had planned. He got his final goal to be in the big chair, spit out some executive orders to oppress the citizens, so will be done.

Yup. It is less about "who do I agree with most," and more about "who do I disagree with less."

And you can apply this across a lot of contrasts. Would you rather fall to Islam or to the CCP? The obvious answer is neither - but given a choice persosnally, Allah Akbar, point me towards Mecca.

I mean - as you drill down into that one - it is an interesting thought exercise. An American Civil War breaks out, China and the Muslim nations see the opportunity to establish themselves as the new rule in the US, and the battle is amazingly even... You know we're done, and one side or the other is going to win...

Which one would you prefer, knowing there is no other direction to go?

Often times we get that choice at the ballot box too :)

Well, we're back to the Bush/Clinton dynasty - because Biden is just Obama 2.0 and Obama was just Clinton 2.0 - and each was bookmarked by a Bush Republican administration until Trump, where that was the PLANNED alternative they thought they were feeding us.

I honestly distrust Cruz and Crenshaw. Crenshaw already seems to be positioning himself as a McCain style moderate. I think Cruz just wants to win the Trump base - but will be a moderate in office.

But one of those two will probably be the BEST choice in 2024. If choice is still even presented as an illusion of an option by then.

Lots of Right leaning libertarians are wondering the same thing.

I'll say this much - this is the kind of thing that disrupts the two party system. It wasn't always Republicans and Democrats. It is not unprecedented that the GOP is dead, and some new party will replace it.

The shocking thing is that the Democrat party isn't as stillborn as the Republican, presently. The citizens are fools.

Sun Jan 17 2021 01:10:42 EST from IGnatius T Foobar
The big problem right now is that the Bush crime family and their friends will now attempt to retake control of the Republican party. The democrats are a lost cause, but President Trump (PBUH) was well on the way to reforming the GOP. If we head back to the BushClinton Uniparty, where do libertarian voters go? Certainly not to the Libertarian Party; those people are far-leftists who just want legal drugs.

I think it will be appropriate to bring back the Tea Party movement now that Obama's third term is coming. I have already placed a Gadsden Flag sticker on my truck.

Either one would require me to deny Christ. So I guess I choose neither, also known as death.

I never thought that mass martyrdom would come to Western Christianity during my lifetime. But now it seems plausible.

There is probably a better chance that Islam, in global control, would allow you to live as a second class citizen as a Christian. They're not ALL radical about that. It depends on WHAT Islam ended up in power, though. It could be bad.

I think if you had the choice and those were the only two, Islam would be your better bet.

But, when I wrote this, I knew you would see either as unworkable, and I understand why.

Remember my cousin who said I was "literally espousing fascism"?

Me: "Former Facebook executive on CNN explicitly says the same tactics used in cooperation with the US security state to remove ISIS from the Internet should now be used against 'conservative influencers'"

Him: "Sounds like a good idea. In all honesty its a private service so people should just not use the service"

Me: "Because everyone to the right of Mao should be forced to use carrier pigeons and barter. It's only fair, right?"

FUCK THIS KID. I'm done trying to communicate with him.

There is no more 'co-existence' to be had, and there is only one solution now.  The grand experiment has failed, and its time to pull the plug.

Source?

I read that a former Twitter exec had a people he feels need to be executed but I can't find the source of that.    Of course Google controls the search.

An ABC executive called for "cleansing" of Conservatives on social media, via Twitter, recently - then quickly retracted and sanitized the original statement:

Sounds like you got the wires crossed a little bit.

No citations are needed.  The entire left is pulling this crap right now.  AOC wants all 75 million of us sent to camps to be "deprogrammed".

If you think about it, this was inevitable.  For five years the entire left has been pushing the big lie that President Trump is the 21st century Hitler.   (He's actually the 21st century Lincoln, but the left doesn't deal in truth so we can set that aside for now.)   When you defeat Hitler, the next thing you have to do is reconstruction.

The left literally believes that they have defeated the single greatest dictator-tyrant of the century, and that they are going a good thing by cleansing the planet of his legacy and followers.

By the way, it looks like Parler is going to come back online soon; they're making arrangements with Epik.  I wonder how the left will attempt to take down Epik.  They are the domain registrar for Gab.  I don't know how much of Gab (if any) runs on Epik's infrastructure, but they are the domain registrar.   They're my domain registrar too, because they've shown themselves to be trustworthy against the mob.

This made me think about something, and I wonder if John Gilmore would agree with it.  For all practical purposes, the SJW Cancel Mob is the largest, longest, and most dangerous DDoS attack anyone on the Internet has ever experienced.  And for the most part, there are very few tools to protect against it.

I'm pretty convinced Citadel is the antidote to it. We need to make it so that if one of us gets pulled down, 100 spring up to replace it.

And I think that is possible. The same decentralized solution as works with packets, can work with the distribution of censorship free information.

Citadel, the TCP/IP of social media platforms.

Trump didn't take away state's rights or suspend habeas corpus.  Lincoln tried to exterminate Native Americans. Hitler admired Lincoln.  I am not sure why you are making this comparison.

Lincoln and Trump were both excellent republicans, unlike anyone named Bush.

Lincoln and Trump both did such an excellent job that the democrats became physically violent.

Lincoln and Trump both had excellent taste in hats.

Lincoln and Trump both made America great again until the democrats fucked it up out of spite, greed, and lust for power.
