From what i can tell, they can still do it after he is out of office. Be it due to his time is up, or resigning. So, unless there is a deal made ( and if he trusts them, hes a fool ), resigning wont buy him anything and worse, give the impression to his fanbase that he's a quitter. If its going down either way, might as well ride it out.

Still want him to flip Nancy the bird on national TV. just once. Or even a F-u.

Nixon resigned so he wouldn't be impeached.  Maybe Trump wants one last trip in Air Force One, he will use it to fly home back to NYC on inauguration day.  The plane will take off as Air Force One and land as whatever numbers are on the tail. When he lands he will no longer be president and the plane is only Air Force One while the president is on it.

I had seen a story where amex stopped allowing it, which is not legal ( tho who is going to stop them? The courts? lol ) but this came up instead.  Still disgusting and more companies not to do business with..

Yeah. The extremity of the situation is breathtaking. Scary as hell, actually.
The left and its corporate media and everyone they can muster are exercising an all-out assault against President Trump and anyone who has ever supported him. It's basically the political equivalent of genocide and they're doing it in broad daylight. They have successfully made it a GoebbelsFact that President Trump explicitly told 74 million white supremacists to burn down the Capitol. 100% of the leftist mob called "the media" are reporting this as if it actually happened and there's not even a shred of evidence to the contrary. And they're waging an all-out assault on anyone who dares to challenge the GoebbelsFact.

The assault on the truth is so brutal because their narrative is so weak.
This is textbook tyrant behavior.

It is somewhat surprising that articles of impeachment were not filed today. It could be speculated that they don't have the votes. They previously said that there would be little or no debate due to the "emergency" of removing President Trump. Is it possible that there are at least a few dems who realize the risk of making him a martyr? Or perhaps the danger of establishing a precedent of using impeachment as a weapon of political spite? They're immeasurably evil but they're not stupid.

That ship sailed the first time they did it. Everyone knows it was. They set the precedent, thinking they will never be out of power again to be at risk. ( and had already been planning the election takeover so they may be right )

So, in all likelihood, we've already been as screwed as we think we are going to be, for a while. If they managed to pull off a massive electoral fraud to replace Trump, who won on a fluke because they didn't believe it was possible - they've been cheating us for decades.

Which means, we already lost years ago, and we've actually at best, been "pink pilled," in the past, and maybe we were really more like purple pilled.

So if we know, it doesn't matter. The best thing for them is to get their system back in place, sweep us into a corner, and let us be reduced to tin-foil hat raving lunatics again in the eyes of the rest of Blue Pilled society. If you round us up, if you make us disappear, if you crush us economically - you give a certain credibility to our claims.

But if you ignore us but *contain* us - then we look insane.

So - there best bet once they get control back - is to just let us burn it out while nothing ever materializes, and then go...

"See, we told you those people are nuts."

Mon Jan 11 2021 10:55:49 EST from IGnatius T Foobar

That's a pretty good analogy. In a lot of industries you hear about people who are repeatedly told "don't worry, your job is safe" right up until the day they get downsized.

Listen, I hope we're wrong. I hope we're completely wrong. The screeching left was certain that President Trump was going to round up dissidents and stuff them into concentration camps. Our screeching this year mirrors theirs from four years ago. We can say that ours is more credible, as we can point to actual evidence of the other side making plans to destroy us, but the problem with cognitive dissonance is that it is effective even when you know it's happening.

Today I heard that Trump will speak tomorrow night, but you let me know, I am sure to miss it.

I think the real paranoia is that John McAffee was a leading candidate for President, and the U.S. government had him detained, he is being held in a prison in Spain.  If the US government didn't take him out before the election he would have won the presidency.

McAffee was no fan of Trump, he is upset that BigTech is suppressing speech.  McCafee has offered the use of his account for Trump to speak.

Supposedly the final rally is now planned for tomorrow (Tuesday), 3:00 PM ET in Alamo, TX.  Not "the Alamo" but it's obviously meant to be symbolic of a last stand -- President Trump (PBUH) has always been a spectacular showman.

The pink-haired cuntbags of Twitter are already delcaring that it is a dire emergency and that he must not be allowed to go there or to communicate to the American people.  They desperately need to maintain the illusion that he is a menace to society.  They need to convince the world that he is leaving office in disgrace.  Fuck off, Twitter cuntbags.  President Trump is a hero.

How does limited blockage fix censorship? That seems like it only punishes that region, not the service.

I imagine it is the same logic as Facebook is using in limiting who has a voice on THEIR network.

Basically, it says, "You are dependent on US to make YOUR service available to OUR customers. If you are being biased in your policies, we will deny you the customers you need for your service to be viable"

It is, of course, more of a symbolic gesture in this case - But it should send the message to Facebook that they CAN be held accountable - and treated much the same way they treat their own users.

"You've banned QAnon from your service because you feel it damages your community - we have banned access to your service because we feel it damages OUR community."

The interesting thing is that I'm sure that a lot of folks who have been arguing "It is fine for a private company to limit access to voices and opinions they disagree with...."

Are now screaming bloody murder that an ISP (a private company) might decide to limit access to particular destinations that support voices and opinions that they disagree with.

Cuz, cognitive dissonance.

Oh, from the viewpoint of FB, i understand, get the people out with agendas we dont like. Just from the viewpoint of an ISP, and only by area, only serves to cut off innocents. on all sides.  Total blockage, would make more sense to me tho.

Other than, as you say, the ISP waving a guarded middle finger i guess.

Facebook is a hundred thousand times more guilty of fomenting violence and hate than President Trump (PBUH) could ever have been even on his worst day.
Twitter too. Both sites should be shut down, data centers burned to the ground, leadership rounded up and charged with sedition. They are the ones guilty of doing what President Trump (PBUH) has been wrongfully accused of.

President Trump (PBUH) made some remarks to reporters today. Again he denounced violence. And MSNBC EDITED THAT PART OUT.
