I have thought about creating this room for a while, I hope others will find it humorous. The object is to write news poetry using the "Roses are Red" poem format as the first line. The second line is a nonsense line with the last word being the word that rhymes with the last word in the headline. You can use a screen capture or a link but include a link for the text client users.
Example:
Roses are Red,
Some people are dense,
Roses are read,
violets are blue,
f

you.
Roses are Red,
I want to visit the Cliffs of Dover,
Apparently people have sex more often then I would think.
Roses are Red,
I hate when it rains,

Apparently today is "National Poetry Day"
Roses are red,
violets are free;
it's time to go on
a three-state killing spree.
Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
There will come a day,
When the DAP will come for you.
There are people who spent many hours posting here, whose words have long since been lost to the Dreaded Auto Purger. I have a real sense of loss.
The zombied wisdom of fleeb,
The compassion of ladyhawke
