I dont think Trump could ever do as good of a show as Rush did in his height, but that would be cool.

Of course then they would sick the FCC on the radio network..   They just "threatened" cable and streaming services this week. There is some hearing about it tomorow i guess.

( i still hear the "spatula city" commercials in my head every so often. I worked nights back then, and got to listen to him and that old guy who did *everything* under the sun in his life. i forget his name. )

Here's the answer to everything:

Donald J. Trump (PBUH) as the new host of the Rush Limbaugh show.

Can you imagine the heads exploding on the left if that happened?

One of IGnat's favorite politicians says that Trump would be the republican nominee if Trump ran in 2024.

I agree with them. Unless he ditches the party ( likely i think ) he is still their leader at this point.

Not only could he run in 2024 - but he could win.

There will be MILLIONS of Republican Mail in Votes for Trump in 2024, too, that time.

I doubt they'll get the same gambit past Trump twice. They might cheat him some other way.

But I expect something trickier of him.

Why wouldn't they do it again? I dont see any way he could prevent / remediate it, and it guarantees their continued power.

As the most powerful man on the planet, he failed this time. They own the entire system, from the people submitting the fraudulent votes in mass, to the media that suppresses facts to the people, the legislature who wont enforce/enhance the rules, to the courts who flat out refuse to listen to cases concerning fraud.  They can do whatever they want and he ( we ) cant do a damned thing about it.  I honestly suspect this is now SoP for every election. They dont even have to hide it now.

And its an honest question here, i dont see a way to get around it given the situation. Other than a total rebellion and a reboot.  i'm open to suggestions to restore hope, but i have none at this point.

Now i do wish that he would run, just to piss them off. But i dont see them ever giving up control again, until we collapse as a country and they are removed by force. ( either by the soon to be unarmed and underfed people, or an invading country, which ever happens first )

Well, if I knew the trick, it wouldn't work, right?

But based on these points, and knowing he knows what you and I know - he wouldn't bother, unless he thought there was a way he could beat the system.

I think the two most obvious are to run with the intention of them pulling the same scam again and this time his supporters DO bring their AR-15s when they decide to start an "insurrection".

Or he does a shell-game con on them - where they think they're getting THEIR choice and instead, once elected, they find out they're getting HIS choice.

But clearly he needs more than just the Presidency.

It is also possible that there are a lot of people on the inside who know what happened, what is happening, who might work with him.

Honestly - I feel that part of the problem was that the Democrats infiltrated the GOP, and had stooges with (R) after their name who were really (D) loyalists.

So... an obvious tactic is to reverse that. Get some people on the (D) side who are really (R)s - so that the Democrats only BELIEVE they have control - but actually, they're holding the swing votes to make the OTHER side powerful.

You're running into war with 10,000 troops against an army with 7,000 troops. You're confident it will be a routing. You're not aware 4000 of YOUR troops are loyal to your enemy. You're about to get massacred when you think you can't lose.

That is how this has to be played. Some variation of that.

Not sure if its that as a conscious effort on a large scale, or just that as people get into DC they get absorbed by the swamp.  Both from the new found power aspect that they dont want to lose, and the 'we will destroy you if you dont conform" threat angle.

Yeah I think the "it happens organically" argument is dangerous.

I think there is conspiracy to manipulate the Democratic process, active strategy and game theory applied, in particular by the Democrats, and effectively - always while keeping the plausible deniability of "you're just wearing a tin-foil hat."

For decades they told us they weren't communists, they were Americans just like us, Patriots who loved our country.

Limbaugh and other conservative talkshow hosts have documented that they train people to call in and disrupt the shows, and that they organize call-in campaigns and target personalities to keep discussions derailed.

HBO's House of Cards is presented as fiction - but I suspect it is semi-autobiographical.

The Democrats fight dirty, and they're good at it.

Yes, Trump, the biggest infiltrator.   Democratic Party from 2001 to 2009, and then making it not to obvious as an NPA from 2011–2012.  Never loyal to the republicans or to the conservative movement.  (or to his friends, family or his three wives)

Spends like crazy on useless government programs that benefit himself, and his business associates.

Supports the NSA.

Homes in NYC and WPB FL, two huge liberal area.

Never takes responsibility for his actions.

Many live in places like that due to the physical area, not political affiliations.

If you like sun, water, and heat most of the year. And pretty scenery...

I did too as a child. Mostly Orlando, back in early 70s. Hated every minute of the weather there. Heat/sun = bad time for me ( medically, not just that i'm a wuss ). Always has been. 65 + overcast would be perfect summer for me. 32 + cloudy + snow = perfect winter )

You are okay with the other statements?

So what was everyone's favorite part of Trump's speech?  I liked the part where he said something and the people applauded, said "wooooo" and chanted "USA! USA! USA!"
