The story keeps getting worse. According to Sky News Australia (who reports American news more reliably than our propaganda outlets), Gates was ousted from the Microsoft board in 2019 because he was boning female 'softies, not because "he wanted to focus on philanthropy".

To answer the question, yes there were Microsoft products on 8" disks. Their BASIC interpreter was available for CP/M, which often ran on S-100 machines with 8" floppy drives. It wasn't very popular though, because Digital Research "CBASIC" (and later "CB80 BASIC") were more pleasant to develop in, and ran faster. I think they may have also had an early version of Multiplan that ran on CP/M, which no one ran because everyone wanted VisiCalc.

True, i guess cp/m did start out on 8". Sort of forgot about that. By the time i got a disk drive. everything was already on 5/25.

The corporate media really is throwing Gates under the bus this week. Good.
He deserves to be destroyed by his own kind. May the smear on the ground from him getting run over by the bus be gigantic and horrifying. May he be utterly ruined, destroyed, mangled, smashed to a pulp. May his legacy be a complete disgrace.

Bill Gates is the single worst person in the history of the world, and he deserves to suffer.

I suspect they are using him as the sacrificial lamb. They ALL do it, but hes in the news. so lets pile on and deflect.. Too bad for them if they piss him off enough, he could buy their company... and im sure he still has a lot of strings he can pull and favors to call in to make people's lives miserable.

But, its entertaining to watch :)

I get suspicious when guys like Gates, Weinstein and Epstein get thrown under the bus after years of quitely being indulged.

Here is the thing with Gates... I don't think *he* is the Great Reset mastermind. Someone else got into his head - someone who sticks in the shadows - kind of like Warren Buffett got in Gates head about philanthropy. Except this person got in his head about population and climate and food control. And they convinced him to do these things.

First, you need to start buying up land. Lots of American heartland. Because we need to control the means of production to do this - and you're the guy who can make it happen!

Then after a couple of years, when the population is destabilized and nearly crazy with fear - you need to come out, forceful, strong - and you'll be supported, by the English Monarchy and other respected people who the fearful population idolizes. Celebrities and other billionaires. You won't be the lone voice of this. We'll get you set up as a friend to the public by making you a leading voice behind making the vaccine a success. You'll already be on a wave of positive public awareness.

Then we'll spring the idea of the Great Reset on them!

And Gates went, "I'm in!"

Forgetting how bad the Epstein involvement made him look - and... evidently not aware how it would look when his *wife* of 27 years decided to divorce him.

And all that leaks at the same time... and Gates goes from the moment of having ALL his greatest dreams and realizations in the palm of his hand...

To potentially being in the same place as Epstein or at least Weinstein. A fallen man with destroyed credibility and no friends to be found despite all his wealth and influence.

That doesn't go down like this by accident. It is scripted. It is *amazing* that Gates walked into it.

So...

The thing with scams that target the rich, like pump and dump offshore penny stock scams... is that the marks think they're financially successful and savvy, they're very rich... and so their *hubris* is their weakness. That and their greed. They don't think they can be conned by some fraud financial scam - they've seen it all.

This seems kind of like that. Weinstein, Epstein and Gates were all set up. They were lured in by people who understood their weakness - what they couldn't resist, maybe they got where they got by themselves - and maybe they were engaging in that kind of behavior before it was leveraged against them - but someone did some studies on them and came to them with an offer that said, "the sky is the limit... and along the way, we're going to get you lots of THIS thing too..." whatever the THING was... and we're going to put you in this position so that you can help us... you'll be doing these things for noble reasons, actually... you can have your cake and eat it too.

And somehow they convinced these 3 smart, powerful, wealthy, successful men that they were untouchable and that they were going to be invaluable and that they were going to get to live all the secret desires that even being super wealthy can't *safely* buy you.

And then... once whoever set them on this path got what they wanted from the arrangement, they were all discarded, thrown to the wolves - a distraction to keep the REST of society off the track... because there is nothing we love more as a society than getting to tear apart a billionaire like a pack of wolves.

And *we* fall for it as quickly as they did, without ever questioning who REALLY put those pieces into play.

We see the game as it is revealed to us and accept that as the reality.

If Gates is being thrown under the bus now - it is *because* the people who are really driving this "Great Reset" bullshit wanted ALL of that to be a distraction while they move closer to their ACTUAL end game.

This is all going to plan - according to the script. We just don't know what the plot is.

I donno, i just think they get to a point of feeling untouchable and start getting sloppy by design since they feel they dont have to watch their back. Then they slowly start making mistakes they would have not dreamed of decades before.. Then one of those mistakes grabs them by the nuts, and they go down in flames.

Not that there are not sinister plots going on in the world, but often times its just sloppiness that takes it all down..

And embarrassment, which really piss these kinds of people off.  Plus some loss of stature in their 'circle' ( if hes not totally ostracized before its over ). Which also pisses them off.

So, not all is lost :)

I mean, people said the same thing about Bill Cosby and Jeffery Epstein at one point.

Technically, until they're CONVICTED of a crime they are charged of - it is all hearsay.

So I guess Epstein is exonerated.

None of this matters. Absolutely none of it.

Along with countless others, I am watching the drama from the perspective of a tech enthusiast who suffered through decades of Microsoft ruining everything.
It doesn't matter what the surrounding circumstances are. To see Bill Gates crash and burn will be ultra-satisfying.

The latest hearsay is that Gates was networking with Epstein because he believed it was a way he could make the connections to get a Nobel prize, the one thing he wants more than anything else. Well, that plus the lolitas of course.
But it is SOOOO satisfying to know that Gates lusted after the Nobel and now he won't ever get it.

Let's boil it down to Orwell Sheep: Bill Gates is bad, Bill Gates suffering is good.

I got in without paywall...

"If Epstein had a plan or motivation to insert himself into any processes related to any awards or honors on behalf of Gates, neither Gates nor anyone he works with was aware of his intentions and they would have rejected any offers for assistance," they added.

Jesus - Bill. Take the OUT. It is the MOST leverage the guy has right now.

First, it exposes the Noble Peace Prize as a sham - something we've known for a while, since Obama started drone runs on children and women in Afghanistan and was awarded with one, at least.

But it also shows that the prize is byzantine and awarded based on influence, corruption, and political maneuvering. This ties back into the idea that Jeffery Epstein was affiliated with Mossad, in my opinion. The guy brokered black market deals, and in doing so, bought the beholden influence of powerful and influential people who were his customers. The problem is usually the problem of every black-market dealer. He started doing his own stuff and THAT is what tripped him up.

So... Gates - throw the hot potato to the already embattled Peace Prize.

"My ambition for the Peace Prize was so great, and people in those circles all knew that certain people had *great* influence in determining who would be considered for a prize, that I lost sight of exactly how those people came to have such great influence on the decision makers of the Peace Prize team and process. I regret that, I am shamed by that - and I think that exposing the level of corruption involved in the most prestigious humanitarian award in our society is important."

Hell... people will forget about your divorce and involvement with Epstein immediately. That is MUCH bigger than you.

Unless you CAN'T roll over on them.

Because... claiming that you didn't have this motivation leads one to wonder... Well then, Bill... why WERE you hanging around with Epstein, if it wasn't for his INFLUENCE in something like this? There aren't a lot of BETTER answers, are there, MFer?

Isn't he supposed to be a genius or something? Not very good at thinking things through with a cynical eye though, is he?

"Bill Gates only associated with Epstein because he thought Epstein had influence that could help him secure the Noble Peace Prize..."

Absolutely. That is totally correct. That is the ONLY reason I associated with Jeffery Epstein. - Bill Gates if he was smart.

Obama was given one ... because.... well no one really can tell us why.

He ran on ending the war in Afghanistan... the endless war.    He of course got the peace prize and kept the war going.  Democrats love war when a democrat is in charge of it.

The noble peace prize is bullshit

Ironically, the Nobel prize is now given to the kinds of people that Alfred Nobel wanted LESS of.

Thank you, Mr. Epstein. You've exposed both the Nobel committee and Bill Gates as the ultra-shitheads they are.

If I had a Nobel I'd consider making a big public deal over returning it, just for that reason. Now that I think about it, perhaps I ought to consider returning my Time Magazine 2006 "person of the year" award.
