Not that i disagree with the concept, but not sure HE has authority to do that via an EO, as last i heard the only thing the fed can mandate is how the electoral college works.. The internal workings of the states, are well internal workings of the states..

And for the record, all the doctors i know personally, did not fall in line. They used actual science. Yes, like in any 'field', there are bad ones, but not all are, far from it, most are good. Just that normally the bad ones are the more outspoken, which taint the public view of the rest.
Its not unreasonable to ask that only people with a valid track record in whatever the position is about are placed in those positions.

You're right, they aren't following the rules. Following the rules would ve to ignore these judges entirely and just do it anyway.
Tell me this: who is the plaintiff in any of these cases? State or district judges can't just wake up one day and decide to insert themselves in how the executive branch enforces the law. That's not following the rules.
