Well I've learned that Trump is not really a conservative so much as a 1990s moderate. I am really disappointed in him for standing by (heck, he may have encouraged it) while the GOP GUTTED its pro-life policy, and completely deleted its provision defining marriage as between a man and a woman. He wanted to repeal Obamacare but I heard he walked that back (WHY?). I hope DeSantis gets the GOP nomination in 2028, because we need a real conservative in The White House. Don't get me wrong, I will still be voting for Trump this year, but not because I think he's the best that's ever been.

Personally I'd like to see the government get out of the marriage business altogether.

Its amazing how many false 'ads' this admin is putting out.  Fake google ads, the MCD thing.. and the latest is a claim that the Pennsylvania eagles endorses harris. They do not, and are pissed.  They put out posters at bus stops "the official bla bla " and her face in a eagles helmet...  

Its also amazing how little coverage this stuff is getting. I know the media is in bed with them, but people see this stuff with their own eyes..

No mirrors? no goth clothes? and while i hate crocs and think they are dumb, its a freaking shoe...    I'm ok on cell banning phone USE during class, as they should be learning but not banning the actual devices.  its 2024, for better or worse, they are an integral part of life, and these days its a safety measure having one.

While i do agree lots of times government directly causes the problem so they can come in and 'fix', but i do think often times too that they just "ignore" what is coming, so as to claim no responsibility but still profit from it.
