I dont pretend to be a constitutional scholar, but I heard and read some statements that it does not actually stop the day of vote only drag it out. Congress could delay it slightly but not long. But if they time it right, speaker = president. which in this case they dont want.
But the fear factor from the sheep if its timed properly thru the early parts of the season. "we have to do it from home" and we are back to where were were last time with drive by mail-in ballot stuffing. They wont want to really stop it, they want the lie that they were elected ...

Ok, so this is not about the border, ( which i do think needs secured ), executive orders ( which i do think should exist, however, they are being abused by *every* president since ), nor is this really about Joe, even tho he did do it in this case.
