It is worse than it sounds. They intercept packages, open them, put hardware modifications that are undetectable on the boards, then seal them back up, and send them to their destination.

As if something were sitting between us and it was causing it to time out until I refreshed manually.

Me too, even on my own BBS, even connecting internally.

But this particular time it was every room, every time, all the way through the loop. Which has never happened again, or since.

I was having an horrible day because of the only two people in my social circle, one is an unreasonable person you cannot talk to; the other is a slimmy bastard you cannot trust.

But somehow today's visit to Uncensored has lifted my mood despite there not being good news in it.
