All indications this morning is that Obama's impending announcement of his "plan" for ISIS will be inadequate, and completely wrong.
What is needed is a complete commitment by the entire Western world to mount an immediate military action, using all required resources and assets, to completely eliminate this cancer.
As a Pope once said: "Kill them all and let God sort it out."
