This is the game. Come up with a lyric in response, no Google, you have to just know it. We go until someone gets it so horribly wrong someone calls them on it.

Tommy was not deaf, non-verbal, or blind, he was autistic.  What the hell is a pinball machine?

Some guy researched and found all the original photographs from the cover of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band album.

Strong words in the staff room - the accusations fly. It's no use he sees her, he starts to shake and cough. Just like the old man in that book by Nabokov.

If you enjoy weird inteergalactic jazz then check out the latest album from the Sun Ra Arkestra, entitled Swirling, their first in twenty years. Some real far out coscmis stuff... and perfectly done for this time!

Speaking of music

i bet my neighbors think i'm nuts.

Play list can go from Screaming Females to Clare Voyant to L7 to Methadone Skies to Myra then to Zappa, in a single afternoon.

I try to ignore artist activism.  else id lose interest in all of it..

Well yes, and I seem to be more vulnerable to the whole "stop liking the art when you don't like the artist" business than most people ... so I *should* be done with Floyd at this point, but it holds on.

I sing Rage Against the Machine's "Killing In the Name" as loud as I can, dedicating it to every commie and SJW on the face of the earth.

FUCK  YOU, I WON'T DO WHATCHA TELL ME!

Which is odd because RATM is a very pro leftist SW band.

Agreeing with zooer (!) -- my first thought was that RAtM were pretty SJW-ish. For example, their hit single Guerrilla Radio mentioned cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, he was always one of their causes. I always thought it was pretty obvious that Abu-Jamal was guilty, but the "Free Mumia" crowd were living in a fantasy world.

The machine in Rage Against The Machine is capitalism.

Yet, they don't seem SO angry at the machine, in reality.

Are those types ever really against it? They love them that money that capitalism gives them.   But love the attention they get by yelling at it too...

Yup. I think the irony is that their actual *actions* say that their name should be, "Pretty Damn Satisfied With The Machine."
