Going from memory here, and it has been almost 20 years since my last "bout"
with Citadel source, but I do believe the date format in the room message
headers was yyMondy, as in 13Nov19 or 2013Nov19 (I think I used all 4 digits
of the year - don't remember - and that would be Citadel:K2NE under .... MSDOS).

I see your ISO thing date to be much more logical and I concede you that. But I hate change and I'm used to seeing the date the way I'm used to seeing it and so the way I like it is right. And everything else is wrong. Sorry.
