Really?
Sheesh.
AMERICA IS BACK!!!
Don't want to get too deep, but i tend to agree with her above. I am not fond of us returning to the days of imperialism where we just go out and stamp on sovereign countries because we feel like it.
Sure, they had issues, and no, their leader was not the best person on the planet, but to do THIS? No..
And we have plenty of problems here at home, lets deal with those.. ok?

I am going to say this:
The US has been interfering with lots of countries for the wrong reasons for so long I have lost count. Maduro is a total motherfucker who consitutes one of the few exceptions where US interference is welcome.
I keep hearing it is all a ploy so the US gets to control Venezuelan oil. Fine. Getting rid of Maduro is worth all the oil under Venezuela and then some. We are talking about a motherfucker who accused food distributors of withholding food in order to starve the population, then raided the food distributors in order to seize the food, and then let the army sell it in the underground market at a premium.
The excuse to take Maduro is utter bullshit. I don't care. Removing the bastard is the best thing Trump has ever done for humanity.
Last weekend, my friends and I were playing a cooperative board game whose objective is to organize a conspiration in order to kill Hitler. We managed to blow his head with a sniper rifle just before Gestapo could find us. The player sitting in front of me said: "This is the second Moustached motherfucker taken down this year so far."
Today I heard that somebody in Minnesota was shot by an ICE agent. I was concerned until I saw it was in Hennepin County. Minneapolis is a vortex where all the money of the rest of the state goes to die a horrible painful death in the hands of the corporate big-wigs and most of the money will not return. Way to go, ICE! Good show of backbone!
I thought removing Qadaffi and Hussein from Libya and Iraq were good things for my values - and I was wrong. We got ISIS.
That was worse.
I don't know. I'm going to go on record right now - and say - I think all the things said, that Venezuela is celebrating freedom - that they were well off and then they were eating zoo animals, that it was a front for Russia and China to set up Western Hemisphere operations - are true - that it sets a precedent that US exceptionalism can go in and defeat the BEST Chinese defense systems with impunity is a good thing. It it us laying our cards down and going, "CALL" at the table.
But, a destabilized 3rd world country in anarchy without a strong US presence in South America is a WAY worse thing than that same thing in the Middle East - so this could turn sour. We've seen what happens when it turns sour.
So... I'm not a global political strategist. I'm not a global military strategist. I'm an armchair Internet expert with my own biased political opinions who wants to see world events fulfill my world-view on right and wrong in ways that make my portfolio grow so I can buy expensive things.
If any of you are secret CIA, NSA or other government strategists - declare your props now - lay your cards on the table - or admit - you're just as clueless as I am.
If you have compelling evidence why I should move my shares from Texaco, Shell and Exxon to Greengrow, Environcon and Nuearth - let me know. You can DM me if you don't want to share in public.
Venezuela actually has politicians ready to take over the regime. IN fact they won the last elections and named a Democratic Presiident not long ago, Maduro just refused to give the seat up.
It is not like Maduro was keeping the line against Islamists which moved in when he was removed.
Nicole Good may have been in the wrong for trying to head out of the area instead of following orders, but that was NOT a fracking justifiable reason to murder her. ( and that she 'ran him over' was a total lie ) This is going to be 2020 all over again. All we need is another virus.... oh wait, they say Mpox is coming back .. Hang on to your hats, people. I think its sort of ironic its starting in the same place as last time.
And they now say she was a domestic terrorist due to her 'recording ICE on video' stuff, so it was justified??? How long before we are ALL labeled that? ( last i heard, recording in public was legal.. as is dissenting speech ) I see now why my friend has moved to dislike this admin and regret his vote, greatly. And yes if you cant tell, this event really pisses me off and is opening my eyes.
If we are, or were, we would not be declaring it.

I liked his comics as much as anyone else, but I really started noticing his insights on world events around 2015 or so, and I started listening to his podcast back when it was on Periscope. Eventually his messages were so persuasuve, and so insightful, that the corporate news stopped interviewing him. And of course a few years ago a cancel mob led by the Washington Post pushed his comic strip underground. But he kept going.
I think Scott wanted to die on the air. Cancer destroyed his body but his mind was as sharp as a tack until the very end. Yesterday's show was a real bone crusher to get through. He finally expired minutes before today's show was scheduled to begin.
And so I salute a man who was a true inspiration to many. May his memory be a blessing and his legacy endure.
Yes. The second very important person of logic and reason we've lost in less than 12 months.
In case anyone hasn't heard yet, Scott Adams died this morning. He was 68.
