Roses are red but I don't know why,

but Grey Elf was the Car Fire guy.

In a car fire he wished you would die,

but he secretly likes you and wants to say hi.

After a failed marriage he moved away,

but I think of him whenever I pass that way.

His house on a hill was a fun place to stay

whenever a car fire didn't ruin your day.

(Of course, the one I miss most is Vince, who doesn't come 'round these parts anymore because he's dead.  I really, really miss him.)

Speaking of obituaries ... another friend we haven't heard from in a while is Michael Hampton (IO ERROR).

I knew he was not well, but I discovered today that he died a little over a year ago. It seems he lost a battle with cancer.
