Oh, i meant that more figuratively then literally 'hiding in a corner'

In many cases you can mind your own business without becoming a target.  But i do agree, a lot will depend on where you are. Some prisons you have no choice but choose a side.

To a certain extent, I'll agree with that.

You can keep your head down.

You're more likely to run into the type who looks for the person trying to blend into the shadow and *targets* that person maliciously, among the incarcerated. That kind of anti-social personality is more likely to be incarcerated, and to be part of the circles that end up incarcerated.

The end consumer is allowed to remove furniture and bedding tags, you have no committed a crime.

Ah, but they're sneaky. They don't mean the consumer of the product on which the label is placed. Each product is assigned a random consumer of some other random product somewhere in the world. If you can figure out who that is, they can remove the tag.

What the hell are people doing building explosives for reveal parties? I guess in this case, Darwin at work.

One of the big California fires was started by a reveal party.

I don't get why people need to have a party for this, unless it is a baby shower/reveal party combo.

Saying, "It's a boy" is pretty uneventful.  Having an exploding "It's a boy" is exciting but pretty uneventful.

Gender reveal parties have killed more people in the last four years than white supremacy

Speaking of Darwin at work, it seems that Seattle is now encouraging its homeless drug addicts to take their heroin rectally -- a process known as "booty bumping" -- as part of an effort to reduce the number of discarded needles on the streets.

Yeah. That's a good use of resources. That's Seattle for ya: the place that produces crap like the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, Starbucks Coffee, homeless people with heroin up their butts, and worst of all, Bill Gates.

LOL

Tho id rather see reports like this, than what we normally get around here.   Like when i was in Detroit/south field for a while in the late 80s. Every day: death, death, shooting, death, crime, death, shooting.   Found a Windsor station: "we had a headstone knocked over".  We were told not to leave our hotels at night, out of caution. And "dont drive alone, always drive in groups".
