It isn't a geopolitical war. It is a mob war. I could tell you the details - but this is about international global organized crime. Bitcoin is a big part of it - but so are pump and dump penny stock scams and a host of other illegal activities - and Putin and Zelinski aren't the only ones involved - a lot of our wealthiest American politicians are involved too.
So it is more complex than CNN tells you.
And I know this *for sure*. But I don't really discuss it - because people think you're making things up when you take them down this rabbit hole. So... keep believing the official narrative. It is easier.
Look up McAfee, where he got caught - in a "Russian" Ghost Hotel in Barcelona that was really a bitcoin mining front. Russians and Ukrainians used to be Same/Same in the press on this - and the Russian ghost hotel in Barcelona was actually Ukrainian.
I once saw a picture of a friend standing in Ukraine by a Land Rover with the back hatch up and the rear filled with a mountain of pounds, euros and greenbacks, with two giant "Russians" with AK47s on each side of him - the money came from Barcelona.

Not trying to interject any politics in this and 'branding' that is going on to get around some rules, but how is it a cease fire if we are still shooting at each other?

Last few days, sounds like Trump is breaking up with Netanyahu. Yelling at him, ordering him around and telling him he is in control of the situation instead. Or its a bluff/Distraction?

Was reading that Trump "may send details of Iran agreement to congress". Isn't congress supposed to sign off on agreements like this? Or is it the duty of the president only in cases like this, since 'official war' was never declared by congress?
And related i just read that the president "quietly' enacted the Defense Production Act. Isn't that also only supposed to be during war? And, since war was not legally declared, how is that legal?
And since that means the Fed gets to mandate what everyone in the country produces even food.. and send it to the Feds first, ( if they want.. doubt it goes that far in practical terms ) when do we get our ration cards so we can eat? I also hear it allows what would normally be considered illegal collusion between companies, but since its for the government, they get a free pass.

And now i'm really confused. Trump just stated at the G7 "Iran has a right to their nuclear program". I thought that was the main reason we were there, to stop that ( until it escalated and effected our ally Israel anyway ).. Or did i miss something?

However, i did read not too long ago it was not as simple as the media made it to seem. I guess it was mainly due to us having stiffed them on a purchase decades earlier. When we got along with them, we took their money ( 100s of millions..) and flipped them the bird afterward and never delivered, which is not cool. This was supposedly to pay back that debt. "with interest/inflation". Now if we had canceled the order, and never collected, "never mind" ya.. but we didn't, we took the cash and ran, like common criminals.
While i'm still not thrilled about helping them out with cash ( that we needed here ), i also don't like us acting like unreliable Lowlifes screwing other countries on a business transaction. We should be better than that.

It's also worth mentioning, for anyone who fell for the MSM narrative, that President Trump didn't "give Iran 300 billion USD." The settlement creates that much financial incentive by offering investments if Iran keeps their end of the bargain. And both sides know that they won't keep their end of the bargain. Islamofascists hold to the ancient tradition that negotiation is weakness, and peace treaties are a stalling tactic. And unlike most American pols, Mr. Trump knows this.
The war may be over but nothing changed. My assumption is that we became aware of a serious short-term nuclear threat and neutralized it.
