That's a pretty old show isn't it? Or did they bring it back?

We have it on DVD. The pilot features a scheme to remote control a commercial airplane into the World Trade Center.

It was really kind of freaky to watch that.

Well, that does prove that 9/11 was an inside job, which is exactly the kind of thing they were trying to point out.

well, meanwhile they know how to get the destruction going that way.

Usually aloy doesn't oxidate much, since once its surface is sealed with alloy - oxid it stops that.

however, if you heat up the alloy so it melts (using some nice kerosen fire) it can start burning;

You probably all know magnesium torches burning underwater nicely and very hot.

If you know what happens if you try to turn off an oil fire by putting in water,

you know what happened once you turn on the sprinklers and the water reaches the molten alloy...

Hey Shazam, remember the time I tried to put out an oil fire with water? And we had a big fireball in my dorm room?

One of my friends once noticed that a brush fire had been started in her front yard by some troublesome kids on Halloween. For some reason she ran outside with a box of baking soda, and then began to panic when she ran out of baking soda and the fire wasn't out yet.

As she ran inside to try to figure out what else to use, I calmly walked over and turned on their garden hose.

It's a rare type of tv show that appeals to both nerds and non-nerds. They've really nailed the formula there.

This is a terribly racist cartoon, but it has one great line concerning marriage in it:

"I now sentence you to be man and wife - kiss the bride."

For me, too, just in the last day or so. One of our favored entertainments lately in the evening is watching How It Should Have Ended videos. My kids' favorite is the one for Jaws.

Odd, as I haven't had that problem yet.

Sometimes it won't start at all, but that's probably a different issue.

As much as it pains me to ask this, have you tried it with IceWeasel?

For testing the no audio when a youtube video loads?  No.

As far as testing it as a regular browser, I think so, I am sure it was on some distro I tried.

Why was that painful for you?

Well then the answer is no, I tried Chrome. I might have tried it on Firefox but I am not sure.

I also failed to stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

You could give Fastpatx a try

https://bitbucket.org/patx/fastpatx/src

I would check it out from source.  Works with Citadel (posting from it now).
