Funny ism of the day! [ http://tinyurl.com/3gtc7tt
] Abercrombie and Fitch wants to pay the cast of "Jersey Shore" to
*NOT* wear their clothes!
that's just PR for A&F. They want the free press.
It has been said that all PR is good PR. Personally I have no liking for
the Jersey Shore guidos/guidettes *or* Abercrombie & Fitch clothes. I find
any clothing which displays its designer's name in giant letters to be somewhat
tacky.
Only 10 months left until we go back to Seaside!

I owned an A&F hooded sweatshirt in high school that had been accidentally
left in my brother's Jeep at the mall; the top was down, and someone misttook
it for their Jeep. He assumed it was mine, so I ended up with it. It had
no logos, was very soft, and fit perfectly. I wore it to shreds.
But I would not buy another one when it was gone.

We call that "logo wear." A lot of night spots have dress codes banning it.

Now THAT is cool.
It's like a big "NO GUIDOS ALLOWED" sign, but they can't get closed down
for it. :-)
I hung up a sign like that once when I was a teenager. My sister was yelling
an cursing at me for hours.
When didn't she curse and yell at you for hours? My family was afraid that you were like that before they met you. An Italian from New York? Yikes! They were so happy that their perception was flawed!
@zooer - regrettably, the hippies are a bit older and are now dominating the
elite ruling class; that's why things are in such bad shape right now.
@boo-boo Yes, my sister was an obnoxious bitch back then. And by "then" I mean "from the moment she was born until right now, and continuing..."

Maybe I should introduce your sister to my brothers....

I guess nerds aren't like that regardless of their ethnological roots...
I feel like I hit the jackpot where siblings are concerned. I actually have a good relationship with every single one of them.
Anyone remember In Living Color? That bit with Men On Film?

I wouldn't wish that on anyone. :)
