Shazam - the problem wasn't taking a gap year - the problem was that you didn't take it until you were 21. If a kid goes for 2 years army service/national service/whatever straight out of high school, they're still only 20 when they finish. Most of us weren't married w/ kids at 20 or even 24, and my friends who did get married during college mostly delayed having kids until at least one member of the couple had graduated - it's different if you're in the middle of a program, where the target date for when you can start having kids is pretty much fixed.
Cheesy for adults, but this looks pretty good for kids just getting into the internet:

Basically, some reasonably good, common-sense rules for working with the internet safely.
I'm happy to say we are expecting a new Sofer to join our family this coming fall.
I'm 10 years older than I was when I had the twins, and I have to say, I feel it. It's probably nothing that some proper regular exercise wouldn't fix, but I just don't find time to do it. I'm still continuing my karate classes but it's not enough.
We all want a girl to name after my mom, especially my dad who told me he dreamt it was a girl. Only Akiva said he absolutely only wants a boy.
There was this guy who collects money for his yeshiva who seems to make accurate guesses more often than not who told my husband last year that "within a year you'll have a mazal tov". (I've seen him wish people that their business should be successful or that they should find their soul mate soon that afterwards they wanted to know how he knew they had just started a new business or were still single. We still haven't yet figured out how he knows) Two months after he said that, I got pregnant. When my husband saw him again at the local supermarket he cornered him and asked for a bracha (a blessing, since the guy is a Rabbi) so he gave us one and said he thinks it's a girl.
Everyone else thinks it's a boy, from the way I'm carrying, from the fact I get frequent leg cramps, from how very active the baby is, etc.
I did ask the doctor to tell me and she told me what she saw, but I'm not saying, I figure to let everyone guess and anyway they sometimes make mistakes.
I've already assured everyone that it's definitely going to be a girl or a boy.
We're thinking of name possiblities and looking for a bigger home to live in.
At least we have built-in babysitters now. Shlomo already said he wants to babysit for free whenever I want to go out, even if I want to go away for a weekend, and Akiva said he'd babysit but for money and only for a little bit at a time. And no diapers.
My five year old daughter has started planning her wedding.
*sigh*

That's what you get for wanting a girly girl. They do those things.
She told me that I'm definitely invited to the wedding.

(I bought 4 dresses from this seller. He's great)
Don't let your kid become an actress or an actor. At least not until they're old enough.

Also, don't do this to your child:
