Minor upgrade. Thank you for your support.
Cascade Lodge Citadel will be offline for the next few days - replacing hardware. Everything should be back up and running by (hopefully) Wednesday evening.
Lots of rebuilding still remains. Tons of rooms; re-establishing network connections and RSS feeds. This will take some time, but it will be back. A bit at at time.\
So please - come visit. Please take a moment to register on your first visit so we know who you are! :)

Are your bagels made by the guy who imports his water from New York?
I sure *hope* not !!!
H&H bagels were shipped to Israel half-baked at one point (or boiled but not baked?)
the local bagel shop seems to have figured out how to make real bagels. I haven't had an American one in many years, so I don't know if I can compare, but it's not obviously awful - which all the bagels were when I got here.
amazing the difference 18 years can make.
If you want to get authentic $ETHNIC food, you have to get it in New York.
It isn't any good anywhere else, including $ETHNIC_COUNTRY_OF_ORIGIN.
Near where I live is the city of Chico (CA). There's a place called Celestino's Live From New York Pizza. The owners are actually from New Jersey. They use local water. They have the ONLY "real pizza" that I've had since moving out here twelve years ago. It's like "going home." Wonderful stuff. And no New York (or 'Joisey') water is used.
Very authentic, and wonderful pizza sauce.
Of course, that's because they are Friends Of Ours.... ;)
