As yet another 'random company' we are doing the same thing,
due to this being what appears to be the most sensible implementation of groupware for a small outfit.

That said, the question has merit, but discovering just how many organizations actually use the Citadel solution would be an interesting exercise.

How to enumerate working installations seems like a formidable task.
