So apparently my son and his girlfriend are at a renaissance faire in Pennsylvania right now and they are eating "smoking ice cream" from one of the food vendors there. I told him to ask how they make it since liquid nitrogen will not be invented for another 300 years.

The photo of the styrofoam container seemed a bit sus too.

I guess as a former scadian I'm a bit too big on authenticity.
