Maybe not, since it doesn't roll off the keyboard very easily for Americans.

Kinda looks like line-noise in the text client.

So, umm. There is now a "games" button next to my circles button on G+. This saddens me.

Wait till you notice that in order to play, you *must* agree to give "the game" access to your circles.

Ok, has anyone figured out whether there's a way to prevent total strangers from "sharing with you" on Google+ yet? If I wanted to see someone's posts I would put them in one of my circles.

I think you have to add them then block them, there's no way to preblock somebody.
Actually I guess you can, but you'd have to invite them first.

Not relevant for you, Sig -- you're in one of my circles.

I think I may have figured it out, though. It is possible that some or all of these people are sharing to "Extended Circles" rather than actually singling me (and others) out to receive specific posts. If that's the case, I wonder if I can simply block the "Extended Circles"

There needs to be some more granularity here, I think.

Ouch. I also see that if you share to "Extended Circles" it becomes the new default for your next and subsequent posts until you X it out. This seems like it's going to cause a lot of trouble for a lot of people who are going to be reading a lot of posts by people they don't want to hear from.

the default for your next post is always what you last posted to. Although I found one case where I sent a post to a single user and the next post had nothing listed to send to. So maybe it's only if its multiple recipients does it become the default for next time.
I find it's actually a good system to use to send somebody an email.
I ahve a friend who most of my messages to him involve sending pictures. So I just drag and drop the pics onto the comment section write my message pick him as the recipient and click post.
Unlike email there's no 10/25 meg limit for when I send huge pictures or movies.
I can totally see this becoming a new messaging medium for that purpose

Perhaps, but when anyone can share with (or more accurately, share *at*) anyone, what's to stop the medium from being used for spam? And more immediately, what's to stop me from targeting posts at someone who isn't putting me in their circles, and perhaps unfriended me on Facebook, because they don't like what I have to say but I still think they need to read it?

google will stop all spam easily enough I would think.
They can't stop inbound email, but they control the entry and exit points of google+ so they can programmatically quickly detect if somebody's sending mass bulk messages.
They made the interface onerous enough to use that it's impossible to send messages all that quickly.

Google+ is plotting to murder you.

There is nothing you can do about this. However, please navigate to Preferences > Kill-O-Zap > Keyboard Electrocution, click the Notify Next of Kin checkbox, and fill in the contact information (including their last known IP address.)

Have a nice day!

obvously killing you is not an evil thing to do.
There's probably a good reason for that.

I read an article a few years ago where the founders of G¤¤g£€ said that they decide what is evil and what isn't.  Which should scare most people, but wont.

When I click on 'Stream', I just get folks in my circles.

When I click on 'Incoming', I see folks in extended circles.

I dunno. Doesn't seem like a big deal to me.

I'd be hard-pressed to think of an answer they could give to "who decides" which wouldn't displease someone.

I'm getting extendeds in my Notifications queue, though. I suppose it's possible that someone is naming me directly in their shares.

Hm, I dont' see them in my notifications queue, but then, maybe I don't have a lot of people in my extendeds.
